DokiChat AI Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using DokiChat AI: who may join, what is allowed in a conversation, how plans and payments work, and where our responsibility ends.

1. 1. Agreement

   By opening dokichat-ai.net or creating an account you accept these terms. If any part does not suit you, please stop using DokiChat AI.

2. 2. What the service is

   DokiChat AI is an entertainment platform offering conversations with fictional companions. It is not a dating site, a helpline or a professional advisory service.

3. 3. Fictional characters

   Every companion on DokiChat AI is a written character with generated images. No profile represents a real, identifiable person.

4. 4. Age limit

   You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age for adult entertainment.

5. 5. Account creation

   One person may hold one DokiChat AI account. Details you enter must be accurate and kept up to date.

6. 6. Account security

   Keep your password private. Anything done through your DokiChat AI account is treated as done by you.

7. 7. Acceptable use

   Use DokiChat AI for personal entertainment only. Commercial exploitation, scraping and resale of access are not allowed.

8. 8. Prohibited content

   Content involving minors, real identifiable people, coercion, extreme violence or illegal activity is forbidden anywhere on DokiChat AI.

9. 9. Harassment

   Attempts to harass staff, abuse support channels or disrupt other members lead to immediate suspension.

10. 10. Automation

    Bots, scripts, scrapers and any automated access to DokiChat AI are prohibited without written permission.

11. 11. Reverse engineering

    You may not decompile, copy or attempt to extract the character definitions, prompts or code behind DokiChat AI.

12. 12. Free access

    Free members receive a daily allowance of messages. The size of this allowance may change as the service evolves.

13. 13. Paid plans

    Paid DokiChat AI plans unlock unlimited messages and additional features for the period stated at checkout.

14. 14. Billing cycle

    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them from your account settings.

15. 15. Cancellation

    You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

16. 16. Refunds

    Refund requests are reviewed case by case and sent to support@dokichat-ai.net. Confirmed technical faults are always refunded.

17. 17. Price changes

    Prices may change. Existing DokiChat AI subscribers are told before a new price applies to their renewal.

18. 18. Taxes

    Displayed prices may exclude local taxes, which are added at checkout according to your billing country.

19. 19. Chargebacks

    Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in permanent closure of the DokiChat AI account involved.

20. 20. Intellectual property

    The DokiChat AI name, design, characters, images and text are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.

21. 21. Your content licence

    You keep ownership of what you write. You give DokiChat AI a limited licence to store and process it so the service can function.

22. 22. Generated images

    Images produced inside DokiChat AI are for your personal enjoyment and may not be republished as photographs of real people.

23. 23. Availability

    We aim for continuous uptime but cannot promise it. Maintenance, updates and outside failures may interrupt DokiChat AI.

24. 24. Changes to features

    Features may be added, altered or retired as DokiChat AI develops. Material reductions are announced in advance.

25. 25. No professional advice

    Nothing a companion says is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. In a crisis, contact local emergency services.

26. 26. Accuracy of replies

    Companion answers are invented for entertainment and may be wrong. Do not rely on them for decisions that matter.

27. 27. Third-party services

    DokiChat AI relies on external providers for hosting and payments, and their outages may affect the service.

28. 28. Suspension

    We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, with notice whenever it is safe and lawful to give it.

29. 29. Termination by you

    You may delete your DokiChat AI account at any moment from settings or by writing to support.

30. 30. Limitation of liability

    To the extent the law allows, DokiChat AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

31. 31. Indemnity

    You agree to cover claims brought against DokiChat AI that result from your unlawful use of the platform.

32. 32. Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes go to the competent courts there after a good-faith attempt to settle.

33. 33. Updates to these terms

    Revised terms are published on this page with a new date. Continued use of DokiChat AI after that date means acceptance.
